Lindsay has been with CanPlan since it's conception, taking on many administrative roles which has lead to her current position as an event coordinator. Her areas of expertise include: web design, media development, hospitality logistics, client relations, logistical coordination and policy writing. She thoroughly enjoys infusing her background of communications with her work in the events industry. 

 

Lindsay's experience in customer relations, paired with her vast educational background gives her a fresh and exciting take on the event industry. Lindsay obtained a Bachelor's in Communications from Carleton University, a Graduate Certificate in Event Management from Algonquin College as well as a TESOLS Degree for Teaching English as a Second Language. Some of her more notable roles have included; Logistics and Hospitality Assistant for La Machine, Co-Creator and Coordinator for Midsummer Night Affair Charity Gala and most recently Project Coordinator for the Canada/China Year of Tourism at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.

Lindsay spends her free time cooking, volunteering with women's organizations, working in the beauty industry and enjoying the great outdoors with her dog Kuma.
